Eligibility: Entry is open to South African residents aged 18 and older, excluding employees of Classic Eyes and their immediate family members. Only one entry per person is allowed.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must book an eye appointment with Classic Eyes either in-store at the Pavilion or La Lucia practices or via WhatsApp using the automated chatbot. The booking must be finalised with a consultant to qualify as an entry.
Competition Period: The competition opens on 1 December 2024 and closes at midnight on 28 February 2025. Entries received after this date will not be eligible.
Prize Details: The prizes consist of 4 SEIKO Watches: 2 for gentlemen and 2 for ladies. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected at random on 5 March 2025 and informed by 12 March 2025.
Classic Eyes will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via social media or the phone number provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 10 days or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
Conditions of Entry:
Booking an eye appointment is a requirement for entry into the competition.
An eye examination is not included in this promotion. The examination cost will be for the patient’s payment or via their medical aid.
Entrants must provide accurate contact details when booking their appointment.
Only one entry per appointment is allowed.
Publicity: Winners agree to the use of their name and/or photo in any post-promotion publicity related to this giveaway.
Liability: Classic Eyes and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this competition or the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, or claims related to publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Disqualification: Classic Eyes reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior.
Miscellaneous:
Entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical errors will not be the responsibility of Classic Eyes.
The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
